When a person refers a candidate to Harbinger, and that candidate is placed in a permanent position by Harbinger, the referring person will receive a bonus of $100.
Refer a new client

When a person refers a new client to Harbinger, and a Harbinger account executive places a candidate at the new client, the referring person will receive a bonus of $100.
